摘  要:研究用石英砂培养方式,探讨了控制不定根下扎和切除种子根对玉米幼苗的影响.结果表明,抑制玉米根系可抑制幼苗地上部分形态建成,随着根的干质量、表面积、体积和长度的减少,幼苗植株干质量与根冠比显著下降.控制不定根扎入砂中且切除种子根或保留种子根的幼苗氮吸收量显著下降,但通过大幅提高氮素吸收效率及加强氮素在地上部分配利用可提高氮素利用效率.经调控处理的玉米吸收根有强烈补偿生长现象.The effects of preventing adventitious roots from penetrating into the sand and removing seed root on maize plants were investigated.The results showed inhibiting the growth of roots could inhibit the aboveground morphogenesis of maize.As the dry weight, surface area, volume and length of root decreased, both dry mass and root to shoot ratio declined significantly.The amount of nitrogen absorbed of the seedlings decreased significantly by preventing the adventitious roots from penetrating into the sand with or without removing the seed roots.There was a strong compensation for growth by the absorbing roots in the modulated maize seedings.
