技术轨道跃升对技术创新和绩效间关系的调节效应

摘　　要：本文在借鉴现有对技术轨道跃升影响要素研究的基础上,根据要素的不同来源,对影响跃升的要素进行了区分,并使用高科技上市公司的调研数据对技术轨道跃升在技术创新和创新绩效之间的调节作用进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,技术轨道跃升在技术创新与创新绩效之间具有明显的调节效应,但是技术轨道跃升的内外部影响要素对技术创新与创新绩效之间的调节作用存在着较大差异。技术轨道跃升的外部条件要素能够增强技术创新和创新绩效之间的关系,但内部动力要素和兼顾内外的影响要素则对此作用不显著。基于以上分析,提出相应的对策:建设技术创新轨道,提升技术创新战略;提高内部管理水平,整合内部知识资源;塑造创新型文化,鼓励主动创新。Based on the existing research on the influence factors of the technological trajectory jump, according to the different sources of the factors, this paper distinguishes the factors that influence the jump. An empirical study is made on the mod- erating effect of technological trajectory jump on technological innovation and innovation performance by using the data of high-tech listed companies. The results show that the technological trajectory jump had obvious moderating effect between technology innovation and innovation performance, but from the effects of the different elements inside and outside, the re- lations between technology innovation and innovation performance are different. The external factors of technological tra- jectory jump can enhance the relationship between technological innovation and innovation performance, but the internal dynamic factors and the both internal and external factors are not significant. Based on the above analysis, the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures of building the track of technological innovation to enhance the technology in- novation strategy, improving the internal management level to integrate the internal knowledge resources, and creating an innovative culture to encourage active innovation.
