摘 要:废弃木质材料的逆向物流对缓解我国木材供需矛盾、发展低碳经济、建设生态环境意义重大。提出依托电子商务创新模式O2O模式,构建废弃木质材料逆向物流一体化方式。同时指出现今废弃木质材料逆向物流过程中存在的主要问题,并归纳出这些问题的关键要素,为构建上述模式提供理论依据。最后以优化废弃木质材料逆向物流前端为切入点,引入废弃木质材料O2O交易平台的概念,平台建设旨在强化"线上线下"交易,从而实现废弃木质材料物畅其流。The reverse logistics of recycled wood materials has an important significance in making up the wood supply gaps and prmnoting the low carbon economic development and en-vironmental construction. In this paper, on the basis of the E- commerce innowltion model O2O, we established the model of recycled wood materials reverse logistics integration. Mean- while, we pointed out the problems in the process of recycled wood materials reverse logistics, and concluded the main ele- ments of those problems in order to provide some evidence in establishing the model. Finally, to start with the optimization of the origin of the reverse logistics, we introduced recycled wood materials O2O trading platform which aimed at strength- ening the "online and offline" trading to realize the unblocked recycled wood materials.
