再热器喷水调节阀迷宫片流场数值研究

摘　　要：以再热器喷水调节阀为研究对象,采用UG三维软件对五种迷宫片相互错叠组成的芯包建立三维流道模型,通过ANSYS12.0-ICEM与Fluent对不同开度工况进行模拟计算,结果表明:阀门流通能力Cv计算值与试验值对比误差在5%以内,迷宫片VI中局部流速达76.8 m/s,最可能造成阀门冲刷失效的区域在迷宫片VI中。The reheater spray valve as the research object,establishing three-dimensional channel model using UG 3D software on five mutually staggered maze piece composed of a core is simulated by ANSYS12.0-ICEM and Fluent in different opening conditions shows that the valve flow capacity Cv calculation value and experimental value of error is less than 5% VI,a maze of local flow rate is 76.8m/s,the most likely cause of the failure of valve scour area in the maze of VI.
