摘　　要：为了更好地实现移民搬迁信息的数字化管理和共享,本文将GIS与计算机网络技术和数据库有效地结合起来,建立了基于GIS的移民搬迁信息化管理系统。该系统实现了移民人员管理、建设项目管理、资金管理、三维显示分析、电子档案管理、领导查询,以及统计分析等功能,较大地提高了移民工作效率和移民精准度。In order to better implement the digital management and share of information of the migration, we make the combination of the GIS, computer network technology and database effectively, to set up the migration information management system based on GIS.This system has realized the immigration personnel management, construction project management, capital management, 3D analysis, electronic archives management, the query of the leader, statistical analysis, and other functions.It can improve the working efficiency and precision of the immigrants effectively.
