摘　　要：随着互联网技术支撑的实时以及动态的大数据时代的来临,智慧城市的发展面临新的问题。城市智慧管线系统是智慧城市不可或缺的重要组成部分,其系统在传统平台的网络硬件支撑、数据支撑、服务支撑、应用及用户各个逻辑层面上,必须有新的技术手段应用和对传统技术的升级及替代。With the advent of the era of real-time dynamic big data which support by internet of things （IOT）,the development of city is facing new problems.Intelligent pipeline system is an important part of the smart city and need new technology to replace and upgrade the traditional technology in network hardware support, data support, service support, application and user.
