摘 要:知母是临床常用药材,在众多复方制剂中都有应用,其研究具有重要的临床意义。本文以知母为原料,进行总黄酮的提取,通过单因素实验考察料液比、提取时间、提取温度和乙醇浓度对于知母提取率的影响,在此基础上,筛选并优化其最佳工艺条件,实验结果得到最优条件为:料液比1∶40,60%乙醇、在80℃下提取3 h。在此条件下知母总黄酮的提取率为8.71%。该研究为知母资源的合理利用及开发提供了理论依据。Anemarrhenae is commonly used in clinical medicine and has been applied to many compound preparations. The research on Anemarrhenae is very significant. Us ING Anemarrhena as a raw material,total flavonoids were extracted. The effect of solid-liquid ratio,extraction time,extraction temperature and ethanol concentration on extraction efficiency was analyzed by a single factor test and the best process conditions were optimized. The results showed that the best extractions condition of flavonoids from Anemarrhena were as follows: solid-liquid ratio was 1∶40,solvent was 60% ethanol,extraction temperature was 80 ℃,extraction time was 3 h. The extraction efficiency was 8. 71%. This study provided a theoretical basis for the reasonable utility of the Anemarrhenae resource.
