摘　　要：分析了垃圾分类投放环节的影响因素、特点及复杂性,简析了垃圾分类体系构架,并论证了社区居委会的性质、特点/优势及自身存在的问题与困难,明确了社区居委会在普遍推进垃圾分类制度中的组织落实、宣教培训和检查督导的职责任务。We analyzed the influencing factors, characteristics and complexities of the dumping node of waste source separation. Then we briefly analyzed the system framework of waste source separation, and demonstrated the characteristics, ad- vantages, problems and difficulties for neighborhood committees. Eventually, we stated the duties of neighborhood committees in promoting waste source separation, including organization and implement, education and training, and supervision and examina- tion.
