摘　　要：通过对2015年12月至2016年10月沈阳市主城区131家餐饮单位和89次个人就餐行为的调查和分析,估算出沈阳市餐饮垃圾日均产生量为574.45 t/d,沈阳市人均餐饮垃圾产生量为0.086 kg/(人·d),并对沈阳市餐饮垃圾处理设施规划建设提出建议。Based on the investigation and analysis about 131 restaurants and 89 individual dining behaviors in the main urban area of Shenyang from December, 2015 to October, 2016, the average daily output and per capita output of food residue was estimated to be 574.45 t/d and 0.086 kg/d,respectively,which provided some suggestion for the planning and construction of food residue treatment facilities in Shenyang.
