摘　　要：采取抽样调查的方法,分析总结青岛市餐厨废弃油脂产生系数,测算全市餐厨废弃油脂的总量,建立了与城市人口规模相关联的餐厨废弃油脂量的测算方式,并多方面论证了测算数据的合理性,为开展城市餐厨废弃油脂管理提供数据借鉴和测算经验。Based on the sampling survey, we analyzed the generation coefficients of waste oil in Qingdao, calculated the total output, set up the calculation method associated with urban population, and proved in many aspects for the rationality of the data, in order to provide the data reference and calculation experience for waste oil management.
