摘  要:纳罗克非洲狗尾草(Setaria sphacelata cv."Narok")是我国南方广大地区草业生产和生态环境建设的优良禾草之一。但其种子产量低,休眠程度深,严重限制了该牧草的推广利用。以纳罗克非洲狗尾草净种子为试验材料,田间埋深0、5、10、15cm,观察其活力及发芽率的变化表明:纳罗克非洲狗尾草种子的发芽率及活力均随着埋藏时间的延长呈现出先上升后下降的趋势。种子发芽率在埋藏6~8个月后达到高峰,休眠已经释放。Setaria sphacelata cv. "Narok" was one of excellent forage species in grassland production and ecological environment construction in southern China. However, the production of the grass seed was low, and dormant phenomenon was serious, which seriously restricted the popularization and utilization of this grass. To select pure seeds of Narok as the experimental material in Yunnan Province, seeds were treated with buried in the scales of depth 0, 5 to 10, 15 cm, the seeds germination and vigor were obersved. Results showed that the germination rate and vigor of seeds showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with the increase of burial time. The germination rate reached a peak after buried 6 -8 months, and then the dormancy had been released.
