摘  要:针对目前电力科技查新中面临的资源分散管理和查新报告不规范的问题,结合公司科技创新体系的发展目标,研究了查新协同组织架构、工作流程、质量标准等方面,提出以"资源共享、优势互补、交流合作、协作发展"为原则,以资源集约化管理、流程系统化建设、质量标准化评价为工作目标,制定协同查新服务模式,形成优势互补、分工协作的工作机制。建立科技查新协同工作平台,提高科技查新工作质量,通过联合作业、课题分配、统一审核的方式,实现公司科技查新工作的全面、协调、可持续发展。Aim at the problems of resources management and search with the development objectives of science and technology innovation standards for Electric Power Science and Technology Novelty are report in Electric Power Science and Technology Novelty, combined system, new cooperative organization and work processes and quality studied. The principle on a "sharing resources, complement each other, Exchange and cooperation, collaboration development", and the work objectives to intensive management of resources and process systematization construction and quality standardization evaluation, new collaborative service model is established to form the mechanism of complement and coordination for Electric Power Science and Technology Novelty. The science and technology novelty searching work platform is established to improve the quality of science and technology novelty search through joint operations, task allocation, the unified audit approach, and to achieve comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of science and technology novelty.
