住院医师规范化培训过程中传染病教学的质量管理

摘　　要：通过对传染病专科医院在住院医师规范化培训及研究生教学中一些问题的认识,结合传染病院的特点,对住院医师规范化培训及研究生临床教学中有关传染病培训的核心问题,诸如生物安全、职业暴露的防护等问题,提出了一些有关传染病教学的质量控制要点;并对包括典型个案分析,问题引导式教学等基本教学方法在临床教学中的应用路径业进行了初步探讨;对感染病职业暴露的某些关键问题,如气溶胶的医疗防护等进行了阐述。为传染病专科医院的临床教学提出了一些质量控制的基本要点。The College of infectious disease hospital in the residency know some problems in teaching and graduate training,combined with the characteristics of hospital for infectious diseases,to the hospital for infectious diseases training core problems in clinical teaching and research training physicians,protection and other issues such as biological safety,occupational exposure,puts forward the key points of quality control about teaching of infectious diseases;and analysis of the typical case including the application path,industry problem-based teaching basic teaching method in clinical teaching were discussed;some key problems of infectious disease occupation exposure,such as aerosol medical protection are described.Some basic points of quality control were put forward for clinical teaching of infectious disease hospital.
