摘  要:目的了解早期康复对不同类型气管切开患者拔除气管插管的影响。方法调查2010年1月—2016年8月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院康复医学科住院的气管切开患者,对患者的患病类型、康复开始时间、气管插管拔除时间及未拔除气管插管的患者数等方面进行调查统计。结果 2010年1月—2016年8月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院康复医学科住院的气管切开患者共计68人,其中脑出血患者29例,脑梗死患者14例,吉兰巴雷综合征患者6例,高颈段脊髓损伤患者7例,颅脑损伤患者12例;脑出血患者气管切开的平均时间为发病后(6.38±2.93)天,康复治疗开始的平均时间为(21.86±10.82)天,气管插管拔除的平均时间为发病后(51.5±18.46)天,有7例患者未拔除气管插管(占24.14%);脑梗死患者气管切开的平均时间为发病后(5.43±2.41)天,康复治疗开始的平均时间为(11.71±5.03)天,气管插管拔除的平均时间为发病后(53.66±21.17)天,有8例患者未拔除气管插管(占57.14%);吉兰巴雷综合征患者气管切开的平均时间为发病后(8.33±1.89)天,康复治疗开始的平均时间为(13.67±6.31)天,气管插管拔除的平均时间为发病后(51.2±8.07)天,有1例患者未拔除气管插管(占16.67%);高颈段脊髓损伤患者气管切开的平均时间为发病后(9.14±4.45)天,康复治疗开始的平均时间为(25.57±11.91)天,气管插管拔除的平均时间为发病后(65.00±0.00)天,有6例患者未拔除气管插管(占85.71%);颅脑损伤患者气管切开的平均时间为发病后(8.15±2.96)天,康复治疗开始的平均时间为(15.69±7.35)天,气管插管拔除的平均时间为发病后(41.9±11.86)天,有2例患者未拔除气管插管(占16.67%)。结论颅脑损伤患者经康复治疗后拔除气管插管的时间较其他类型的患者时间为短,高颈段脊髓损伤患者大部分未拔除气管插管,而吉兰巴雷综合征患者及颅脑损伤患者大部分均拔除了气管插管。Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation on the extubating time of various tracheotomy patients.Methods Total 68 tracheotomized patients were investigated from January 2010 to August 2016 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.The patients' disease type,date of rehabilitation starting time,the patients' extubating time were assessed.Results During the period from January 2010 to August 2016,a total of 68 patients with tracheotomy in the Department of rehabilitation medicine in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,patients including:hemorrhage stroke(29),ischemic stroke(14),Gillan Barre's disease(6),high cervical spinal cord injury(7),brain trauma(12).The average time of tracheal incision in patients with hemorrhage stroke for(6.38±2.93)days after the onset,the average time to start rehabilitation treatment for(21.86±10.82)days,the average time of extubation was(51.5±18.46) days after onset,7 patients were not pulled out of the tracheal intubation(accounted for 24.14%);the average time of tracheal incision in patients with ischemic stroke for(5.43±2.41)days after the onset,the average time to start rehabilitation treatment for(11.71±5.03)days,the average time of extubation was(53.66±21.17)days after onset,8 patients were not pulled out of the tracheal intubation(accounted for 57.14%);the average time of tracheal incision in patients with Gillan Barre's disease for(8.33±1.89)days after onset,the average time of rehabilitation treatment started for(13.67±6.31)days,the average time of extubation was(51.2±8.07)days after onset,1 patients were not pulled out of the tracheal intubation(accounted for 16.67%);the average time of tracheal incision in patients with high cervical spinal cord injury for(9.14±4.45)days after the onset,the average time to start rehabilitation treatment for(25.57±11.91)days,the average time of extubation was(65.00±0.00)days afte
