摘　　要：对矿群开发中存在的原有单斗-卡车工艺下以工业广场为中心的开采程序传统设计理念的不足进行了剖析,提出了长条式分区开采设计理念,并以此为基础,进而提出了特大型露天矿采用单斗-自移式破碎机-双工作面胶带输送机的剥离开采工艺结合单斗-卡车-可移式简约破碎站-端帮带式输送机的原煤运输工艺系统,并在平朔东露天矿进行了实践应用。This article analyzes the traditional design concept of mining procedure with the industrial square as the center under the original shovel-truck technology in the development of mine group, and presents the strip and partition mining design concept.Based on it, the author presents the mining technology of self-propel crusher ＋double face belt of the rock transportation and fastmobile crusher station ＋ lane under end slope of the coal transportation in large open-pit mines. And this new theory are practiced and applied in Pingshuo East Open-pit Mine.
