摘　　要：医院感染管理贯穿于医疗、护理工作始末,是保证医疗安全的工作重点。为更好地开展医院感染管理工作,我院积极改进工作管理模式,增设感控专科护士,参与和协助医院感染管理工作,通过培训、制度建立、监督、指导等方式,进一步提升医务人员感控意识,主动落实和执行医院感染管理各项工作。本文通过介绍我院感控护士管理工作现状及存在问题,为进一步探讨和优化感控护士管理模式提供指导和借鉴。Hospital infection management,focusing on medical safety,goes through medical and nursing work. To better develop hospital infection management,management model for work improvement is carried out in our hospital by increasing more special nurses,participating in and assisting in hospital infection management. With training, rule building,monitor and supervision,medical workers＇ consciousness of infection control is further improved in carrying out actively all hospital infection management. The author introduces the current hospital infection control management by the nurses and the existing problems and provides guidance and reference for further discussion and optimizing the management model of hospital infection control by the nurses.
