摘　　要：探讨经导管主动脉瓣置入技术(TAVI)的现状及进展。对TAVI演变及当下指征、入路、瓣膜、并发症研究、扩展应用研究进行综述。TAVI适应症、入路选择、瓣膜选择以及并发症处理尚处于研究争论阶段,其在中低危患者、二叶式主动脉瓣患者及外科生物瓣衰败患者中应用尚需积累更多经验。TAVI受到国内外学者广泛关注,对该技术指征、入路、瓣膜选择、并发症研究以及技术改进与创新一直是临床研究热点。To investigate the current status and progress of transcatheter aortic valve implantation （TAVI）. A review of TAVI evolution and current indications, pathways,valves, complications, and extended applications is presented. TAVI indications, approach selection, valve selection and treatment of complications are still in the debate stage. More experience is needed for the use of this disease in patients with low risk,two-leaf aortic valve and surgical flap decay. TAVI has been widely concerned by domestic and foreign scholars. The technical indications, approach, valve selection, complications research and technical improvement and innovation has been a hot topic in clinical research.
