摘 要:本文采集喀左地区使用秸秆生物降解技术0~5年的土壤样本,进行菌数测试,并分析其变化。结果表明,生物降解技术的使用年限对土壤各类微生物的数量存在不同的影响,使用该技术能明显增加土壤中真菌和细菌数量,氨化菌数量与之无明显相关性,硝化菌数量表现出一定的增加趋势,固氮菌数量则先增后减。In this paper, soil samples were collected in Kazuo area where the straw biodegradation technology had been applied for 0-5 years, the microorganisms were counted,and its change was analyzed. The results showed that effects of application periods of straw biodegradation technology on soil microorganisms were different. The technology increased significantly the amount of fungus and bacterium. There was no obvious correlation between ammonifiers amount and the application periods of the technology. The nitrobaeterium amount showed a certain increasing trend,and the amount of nitrogen-fixing bacteria increased firstly, then decreased.
