摘　　要：为探讨粮食目标价格测算方法,本文拟对不同区域粮食成本价格、生产价格测算为基础,引入同区域城镇就业人员收入和种粮农民法定休息日应该享有的收入权益等因素,综合计算出该区域粮食产品应达到的目标价格水平,建立起粮食成本价格、生产价格和目标价格3套测算公式和成本指数、价格指数计算方法,以期为核定不同区域粮食目标价格或设定相应的补贴标准提供参考。To explore the food target price calculation method, this paper set the calculation method based on the different regional food costs and production costs ,with introducing the income of the urban employees in the same region and the legal rights and interests of peasants in the statutory rest days,to calculate the target price level of food products comprehensively in this region.This paper established three formulas for the calculation methord of the food price,food production price and the target price,and set the calculation methords of food cost index and the price index,so as to provide a reference for approvement of food target price and establishment of appropriate allowances standard in different regions.
