会东县“三农”服务水平提升的有效措施

摘　　要：会东是全国烤烟第一大县、国家产粮大县、"新增50 000万吨粮食生产能力"核心县、四川省现代农业产业基地强县以及马薯产业发展重点县。2016年,中央财政安排专项资金,用于支持会东县开展"三农"专项服务。县气象局作为会东"三农"服务主体,以此为契机,对会东县"三农"服务的现状进行了评估,对今后"三农"服务的需求进行了调研,在姜州镇顺金家庭农场试点开展了直通式气象服务。本文在总结会东县"三农"服务工作的基础上,重点探讨了提升会东县"三农"服务水平的有效措施。Huidong County is the largest flue-cured tobacco producing county,the national major gram-producing county,the core county ot ＂500 million tons of grain production capacity＂ ,the modern agricultural industrial base in Sichuan Province and the key county of the potato industry development.In 2016,the central government arranged special funds to support Huidong to carry out agriculture,rural areas and farmers＇ special service. As the service provider of agriculture ,rural areas and farmers, Huidong Meteorological Bureau took this opportunity to assess the present status of the service and research these needs of future and develop the straight-through meteorological service to Shunjin Family Farm as pilot project in Jiangzhou Town.This paper mainly discussed effective measures to improve the service level based on the summarization of the service for agriculture ,rural areas and farmers.
