摘　　要：本文所述燃气梭式窑供气系统是窑炉外围设备的一个集成创新技术,主要技术在于把自动换气、气化和稳压这三种技术装置科学的结合在一起,确保燃烧时的稳定度,保证纯气化输出,加强了安全系数,提高燃烧质量,用更科学的自动控制代替手动控制,避免因人为因素造成的安全事故。其重要性往往被大家所忽视。在不断改革窑炉的同时,我们应该更多的将眼光放在外围设备上,其既能带来经济效益,同时也关系到安全生产问题。The gas supply system for gas shuttle kiln mainly refers to integrated innova tive technology of kiln peripherals. The technology features in the scientific combination of automatic replacement of gas, gasification and pressure stabilizer to ensure steady burning and pure gasification output with strengthened safety and upgraded burning quality, which applies automatic control to avoid safety accidents caused by human factors. Its importance seems to be often overlooked. So it is suggested that, in addition to kiln renovation and upgrade, more attention should be paid to the peripherals, generating economic benefits with its key role in production safety.
