探析负压闭式引流术治疗上肢前臂开放性骨折患者的综合护理体会

摘　　要：目的研究负压闭式引流术治疗上肢前臂开放性骨折患者的综合护理方法与效果。方法选取2014年6月-2015年12月我院采用负压闭式引流术治疗上肢前臂开放性骨折患者100例为研究对象，根据不同护理方法，将患者分为对照组与观察组，对照组进行常规护理，观察组进行综合护理，对比分析两组护理效果。结果对照组的护理满意度为80％，现察组为100％，相对于对照组，观察组的护理满意度要高，观察组的创面愈合情况显著优于对照组。结论综合护理在上肢前臂开放性骨折负压闭式引流治疗中的应用效果显著，在临床上值得广泛推广。objective： to study the closed negative pressure drainage treatment of upper limb forearm effect of the comprehensive nursing methods of patients with open frac- tures. Selection methods：from June 2014 to December 2015, our hospital adopts closed negative pressure drainage treatment, 100 cases of patients with upper limb forearm open gractures as the research object, according to different nursing method, divided the patients into control group and observation group, control group routine nursing care, observation group comprehensive care, compared two groups of nursing effect. Results： nursing satisfaction in the control group was 80%, the observation group was 100%, compared with the control group and observation group of nursing satisfaction. Conclusion： comprehensive nursing care on the upper forearm open fractures nega- tive pressure treatment, the application of closed drainage effect is remarkable, is worth popularizing widely in clinic.
