Ki-67与分子亚型预测乳腺癌新辅助化疗敏感性的研究

摘　　要：目的谈论Ki-67与分子亚型预测乳腺癌新辅助化疗敏感性的研究。方法选取我院实行新辅助化疗的乳腺癌病人100例，通过检测分析得出病人体内Ki-67的表达情况和乳腺癌细胞的分子亚型的情况。结果Ki-67的高表达组在新辅助化疗中的效果与Ki-67的低表达组在新辅助化疗中的效果相比差距显著（P〈0.05）。譬论可以使用Ki-67与分子亚型对乳腺癌新辅助化疗的效果实行预测，其中高表达组的Ki-67和三阴型乳腺癌实行新辅助化疗的效果最好。Objective; to discuss the Ki--67 and molecular subtype prediction sensitivity of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer. Methods： 100 cases of breast cancer patients in our hospital in the implementation of the new adjuvant chemotherapy,through the analysis of the molecular expression of Ki--67 patients and breast cancer sub- types analysis of the influence of different expression.Resultsz the effect of high expression of Ki--67 in neoadjuvant chemotherapy group and the low expression of Ki--67 in neoadjuvant chemotherapy group The effect of the gap significantly （P〈0.05）.Conclusion, Ki--67 can be used with molecular subtypes of breast eancer treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy effect forecast, the best implementation of new adjuvant chemotherapy group Ki--67 and three negative breast cancer the effect of high expres- sion of it.
