CT造影在不同扫描时相下对小肠肠壁及血管的显示效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨CT造影不同扫描时相下对小肠肠壁厦血管显示效果．确定CT最佳扫描时相，评价CT造影在小肠疾病中诊断价值。方法选取2015年3月-2016年1月我院行小肠CT造影患者180例为研究对象，判定小肠CT、造影在小肠及血管病变中诊断灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值和阴性预测值。结果小肠肠壁CT造影在肠道期CT值均高于动脉期和门静脉期（P〈O．05），而动脉期和门静脉CT值比较无统计学意义（P〉0，05）。结论CT、造影在小肠肠壁及小肠血管病变中诊断具有显像清晰、诊断价值高特点，临床中应根据不同扫面病变选择扫面时相，以获取清晰CT图像，提高临床诊断率。Objective To investigate the effect when the CT scan different phase down when the small intestine and blood vessels show, to determine the optimal CT scan phase, evaluation of CT angiography in the diagnosis of small bowel disease. Method Select 180 routine CT angiography in patients with small intestine for the study in March 2015- January 2016 in our hospital, testing duodenum, positive predictive value and negative predictive value. Conclusion The small intestine of CT angiography in the intestine of CT values were higher than the arterhd and portal venous phase （P〈0. 05）. Result CT angiography in the small intestine and imestinal vascular lesions di agnostic imaging has clear, lesions according to the phase to get a clear CT image and improve the clinical diagnosis rate.
