颌面外伤患者的心理护理

摘　　要：颌面外伤多为意外事故所致，近年来由于人体流动性增加，颌面部外伤发病率逐年增加。受伤后由于患者对相关知识的缺乏而出现焦虑、恐惧、悲观等情绪，甚至不配合治疗。故心理护理在解决患者的心理负担、协调护患关系上起着重要的作用。现将我科近年来颌面部外伤的患者的心理护理体会总结如下：Maxillofacial trauma is mostly caused by accidents. In recent years, the incidence of maxillofacial trauma has been increasing year by year due to the increase of human mobility. After injury due to the lack of knowledge of patients with anxiety, fear, pessimism and other emotions, not even with treatment. Therefore, psychological nurs- ing plays an important role in solving the psychological burden of patients and coordinating the relationship between nurses and patients. Now my Department of maxillofa- cial trauma in recent years, the patient＇s psychological nursing experience summarized as follows：
