摘　　要：2016中国对外直接投资累计达1888亿美元,对国际能源优质资产的投资竞争也日趋激烈。论文重点研究了境外电力能源类资产投资面临的政府监管特点,详细分析了该种政府监管下境外投资面临的汇率、政策、投标、运营、建设等风险,并结合管理实践提出针对性的管理策略,为中国能源企业"走出去"战略布局提供参考借鉴。2016, China＇s total foreign direct investment has reached US $188 billion 800 million, and the investment in international energy quality assets has become increasingly competitive. This paper focuses on the characteristics of government regulation on foreign power energy assets investment, and detailedly analyzes the overseas investment risk of exchange rate, policy, bidding, operation and construction under the supervision of government, and puts forward the corresponding management strategy combined with management practice, provides a reference layout for China＇s energy enterprises ＂Going Out＂ strategy.
