摘　　要：建筑工程施工过程中,会涉及施工人员、施工环境、施工技术等多种因素,这也造成了建筑工程现场施工管理的复杂性。论文对当前建筑工程中所包含的施工技术展开了研究,并提出了一些现场施工管理的措施,以供参考。In the construction process, the construction personnel, construction environment, construction technology and other factors will be involved, which also lead to the complexity of construction management. The paper studies the construction technology contained in the current construction project, and puts forward some measures for site construction management, for reference.
