摘　　要：公路工程建设项目概算造价涉及很强的政策性、技术性和动态性,对造价依据、征地拆迁、贷款利息、定额等因素对公路工程建设项目概算的影响进行分析,主要阐述价格涨跌等政策性与动态性因素的属性、范围、内容、影响程度,为公路工程建设项目概算的编制和控制中如何充分考量各种因素以预防超概提供借鉴。The highway engineering construction project cost estimates relates to strong policy, technology and dynamic, this paper analyzed the impact of price, land acquisition, loan interest, quotas and other factors on the construction of highway engineering project budget, mainly expounds the price policy and dynamic factors of attribute, scope, content, degree of influence. For the preparation and control in the highway construction project budget, how to fully consider the various factors to provide ref- erence for prevention are.
