北京市农民工生计资本现状与对策——基于肖家河社区的调查

摘　　要：基于可持续生计理论,从人力资本、社会资本、物质资本和金融资本四个方面对肖家河社区的农民工生计现状进行访谈式问卷调查,根据调查结果提出提升人力资本、增加金融资本、改善物质资本和丰富社会资本等改进北京市农民工生计现状的对策建议。Based on the theory of sustainable livelihoods, the questionnaire survey of the present situation of migrant workers in Xiaojiahe community is carried out from four aspects： human capital, social capital, material capital and financial capital. Questionnaires were conducted in the form of interviews. According to the survey results, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the living situation of migrant workers in Beijing by means of the survey results. These proposals consist of improving human capital, increasing financial capital, enhancing material capital and enriching social capital and so on.
