摘 要:针对云南某铅锌浮选的高碱尾矿进行硫回收工艺流程研究。采用一次粗选三次精选两次扫选的流程回收硫,最终获得品位为53.13%,回收率为79.91%的硫精矿,并将砷含量降低到0.16%,成功实现了高碱尾矿没有酸中和的条件下硫的综合回收。The study on sulfur recovery process flow is carried out for one lead-zinc tailings with high alkali and high arsenic by flotation in Yunnan. The sulfur recovery flow which one time rough concentration, three times concentration, two times scavenging is adopt- ed, the obtained final sulfur concentrate has the 53.13% grade, "79.91% recovery rate, and the arsenic content was decreased to 0. 16% , it successful realize the comprehensive recovery of sulfur without acid neutralization in the high alkali tailings.
