摘　　要：随着我国经济结构调整和转型升级,地方高校应与时俱进,转变人才培养模式。针对地方经济人才培养新的需求,提出了地方高校化工制药类部门如何改进育人思路和方法措施,大力培养创新创业型人才的可行性建议。It was pointed out that local universities should advance with the times and change the mode of personnel training with Chinese economic structure adjustment and transformation and upgrading. In order to meet the new demand of talents in local economy, the feasible suggestions to improve the training methods and cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents were advised.
