摘　　要：介绍工作台台面尺寸为1 600 mm×1 600 mm的大型5轴双工位卧式加工中心机床工作台交换定位夹紧机构,该交换机构由导轨、滚动体、导向机构以及驱动机构实现工作台的交换与夹紧运动,通过两定位销与定位面实现定位,通过位置检测装置与吹气清洁装置保障交换定位夹紧的准确可靠。The working platform exchanging and positioning clamping mechanism of large 5-axis duplex horizontal machining cen- ter machine tool with 1 600 mmx 1 600 mm worktable size was introduced. The switching mechanism comprised a guide rail, a rolling body, a guiding mechanism and drive mechanism to realize the exchange and clamping movement. The positioning was implemented through the positioning pin and positioning surface. Through the position detecting device and blowing cleaning device, exchange clam- ping and positioning was accurate and reliable.
