摘  要:视觉定位技术在现代加工制造业中应用广泛。通过分析传统玻璃磨边加工流程,设计一种新的加工工艺,该工艺通过计算机和运动控制卡进行控制,以及通过CCD相机进行视觉定位。该工艺主要通过视觉定位和误差补偿确定工件准确坐标,然后根据该坐标修改加工程序再进行加工。此外,通过系统记录多个工件坐标,实现了阵列加工功能。实际应用证明:该加工工艺能显著提高加工精度和效率,具有广泛的应用价值。Visual positioning technology is widely used in modern processing and manufagturing industries. By analyzing the glass edging processing procedures, a new type of glass milling process was designed. The p^ocess was controlled by a computer and motion control card, visual targeting was implemented by a CCD camera. The process was mainly through visual positioning and error compen- sation to determine the exact coordinates of the workpiece, then the machining program was modified based on the coordinates and then processed. In addition, by recording a plurality of workpiece coordinate, array processing function was implemented. The practical ap- plication proves that the process can significantly improve the precision and efficiency, with ~ wide range of application value.
