摘  要:文中针对输送带纵向撕裂检测问题,提出一种基于FPGA的多视点输送带纵向撕裂检测系统采集控制模块的研究方案。采用FPGA XC3S500E芯片设计了采集控制模块硬件电路,包括CMOS图像传感器电路、信号调理电路、模数转换电路、信号采集控制电路和数据传输接口电路等。采用VHDL语言设计了FPGA软件,包括CMOS传感器驱动模块、模数转换驱动模块、乒乓存储模块等,并采用Modelism仿真工具对程序进行了时序仿真。经实验验证,该采集控制模块能够实现对多路线性CMOS信号的高速采集、实时存储和处理,满足系统对实时性和同步性的要求,可用于对多视点采集的同步性和实时性要求较高的工业检测系统。Aiming at the problem of longitudinal rip of conveyor belt detection, the research for signal acquisition control module of muhi-view longitudinal rip of conveyor belt detection system was proposed.The hardware circuit of signal acquisition control module was designed using FP(;A XC3S500E,including CMOS image sensor circuit, signal conditioning circuit,analog to digital conversion circuit,signal acquisition control circuit and data transmission interface circuit.The software of FPGA was designed by using VHDI, language, includes CMOS sensor drive module, analog to digital conversion drive module, ping-pong storage module and so on, and the Modclisim sinmlation tool was used to simulate the sequence of the procedure.The result shows that the signal acquisition control module can achieve high speed acquisition,real time storage and processing for multiplex linear CMOS signal, meeting the requirements of the system for real-time and synchronization. It can be used for industrial detection systems with high synchronization and real-time requirement for multi-view acquisition.
