摘　　要：针对电子测量领域信号采集实时性差、数据存储量少、传输率低等问题,设计了一种基于LXI的实时数据采集、测量和显示的嵌入式系统。搭建了基于嵌入式Linux的ARM开发平台,实现了LXI接口。采用FPGA控制A/D和DDR2芯片完成数据采集和存储。采集数据经FPGA快速上传至ARM平台。同时,为了兼顾传统脱机仪器,编写了嵌入式Qt应用程序,在不需要上位机的情况下,可以完成数据采集和显示功能。实验结果表明,该系统能够较好地应用在大量数据采集、存储、传输和显示的场合,工作稳定可靠。This embedded system based on LXI of data acquisition, measurement and display was designed to tackle prob- lems like bad real-time capability, limited data storage and low transmission rate of signal collection in electronic measurement. An ARM development platform based on embedded Linux and a LXI interface were set up.FPGA was used to control A/D and DDR2 SDRAM chip to fulfill data acquisition and storage.FPGA was used to upload the collected data to ARM platform.And in order to take into account the traditional off-line instrument, Qt program was programmed to collect and display the data without the need of upper computer.According to the experiment results,this system can be applied to coUecting, storing, transferring and displaying large amounts of data.It works stable and reliable.
