摘　　要：为了对摇枕弹簧按高度尺寸细化分类,提出了可分类的自动化动态测控一体化系统的方案,包含了机械系统、控制系统、测量系统及数据处理系统。其中,为保证分拣控制的准确性,设计了一套面向可分类动态测控摇枕弹簧的数据处理系统,硬件上以上位机与PCI控制板卡为主体;软件上设计了最大值读取模块、数据传输模块、档位分类模块以及数据分档入库模块。同时,针对动态测量系统可靠性进行了实测,测量及数据处理系统满足使用要求。In order to sort bolster spring according to the height, the integration system scheme on classification automation dynamic inspect ＆ control was put forward which includes mechanical system, control system, measurement system and date treat- ment system.For ensuring accuracy of sorting control, date treatment system on boister spring date treatment system for classifica- tion dynamic inspect and control was designed.The hardware was mainly formed by upper computer and PCI control board, and the software was designed for maximal value read program module, data transmission program module, grade sorting program mod- ule and grade date putting in storage program module.At the same time, reliability of dynamic inspecting system was operated, it is checked that measurement and date treatment system meet the operating requirements.
