摘　　要：目的:通过紫外光谱组扫描法鉴别10批不同来源的大青叶药材的真伪,从而建立大青叶及其伪品的紫外光谱鉴别法。方法:利用紫外光谱组扫描法进行试验。结果:10批大青叶样品中有9批是伪品,只有1批是正品。结论:该方法简单,易操作,能快速鉴别大青叶及其伪品。Objective：To establish a method for the identification of the true Isatidis Folium from its adulterants by UV spectra groups scanning method in the ten batch of Folium Isatidis from different sources.Methods：The job was done by UV spectro-photometry.Results：Out of the ten batches,nine batches of Folium Isatidis samples were fake.Conclusion：The method is simple and easy to operate,and can be used to identify Isatidis Folium and its adulterants instantly.
