关于Meek植皮术用于小儿大面积烧伤修复中的临床有效性分析

摘　　要：目的:分析Meek植皮术用于小儿大面积烧伤修复中的临床有效性。方法:选取2014年7月~2015年12月来某院就诊的60例大面积烧伤患儿作为研究对象,通过回顾分析法,将患儿随机平分为对照组、观察组。对照组给予传统邮票植皮术修复,观察组给予Meek植皮术修复,对比分析两组患儿皮片存活率、皮片融合时间以及手术时间等指标参数。结果:经过修复后,两组患儿的烧伤均得到有效修复,与对照组相比,观察组患儿的皮片融合时间以及手术时间均短于对照组,且患儿皮片存活率高于对照组,组间数据对比差异性明显,P<0.05。结论:在小儿大面积烧伤修复中应用Meek植皮术,修复效果较好,不仅能有效提高患儿皮片存活率,还能有效缩短皮片融合时间以及手术时间,有效性较高,值得推广应用。Objective：To analyze the clinical efficacy of Meek skin grafting in the repair of large area burns in children.Methods：Sixty patients with large area burns from July 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the research subjects.The children were randomly divided into control group and observation group by retrospective analysis.The control group was treated with traditional stamps and skin grafts.The observation group was treated with Meek skin grafting.The parameters such as skin survival rate,skin fusion time and operation time were compared and analyzed.Results：After repair,the burns of the two groups were effectively repaired.Compared with the control group,the skin fusion time and operation time of the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group,and the survival rate of the skin was higher than that of the control group,with significantly statistical difference,P〈0.05.Conclusion：Meek skin grafting used in the repair of large area burns in children is of good effect,which is not only effective in improving the survival rate of skin grafts,but also effectively reducing the time of skin fusion and the time of operation.It is more effective and worthy of popularization.
