HE4和CA125联合检测在卵巢癌早期诊断中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探究HE4和CA125联合检测在卵巢癌早期诊断中的应用价值。方法:择取某院2014年8月~2016年3月收治的卵巢癌患者30例设置为实验组,另选取同一时期的良性病变患者30例设置为常规组,选择同一时期的体检健康人群30例设置为对照组,对比3组受检者的血清HE4和CA125诊断阳性率,对比实验组与常规组患者的阳性率。结果:相比其他两组受检者,实验组患者的血清HE4和CA125水平明显较高,比较差异显著(P<0.05);另外,实验组患者的血清HE4和CA125检测阳性率高于常规组,比较两组数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取血清HE4和CA125联合检测方式有利于早期卵巢癌患者诊断阳性率的提高,值得推荐采纳。Objective：To explore the value of combined detection of HE4 and CA125in the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer.Methods：30patients with ovarian cancer admitted in our hospital from August 2014 to March 2016 were taken as experimental group.30 patients with benign lesions were selected as the routine group and 30 healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the control group.The positive rate of serum HE4 and CA125of the three groups was compared,and the positive rate of the experimental group and the conventional group was compared.Results：Compared with the other two groups,the levels of serum HE4 and CA125in the experimental group were significantly higher,with significantly statistical difference（P〈0.05）.In addition,the positive rate of serum HE4 and CA125in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group,with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：It is worthwhile to adopt the combination of serum HE4 and CA125in favor of early diagnosis of early ovarian cancer.
