和平县多耐药性结核病患者健康教育及防控策略

摘　　要：目的:对和平县多耐药性结核病患者健康教育及防控策略进行探讨。方法:于2015年2月~2016年1月选取和平县240例耐药性结核病患者作为本次的研究对象,采取信封式随机分组为对照组、观察组,两组患者各120例,于制定防控策略的基础上,仅对对照组实施传统的防控措施宣传,观察组于对照组的基础上对耐药性结核病患者实施健康教育,并观察两组结核病患者的认知度情况、焦虑自评量量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量量表(SDS)评分,治疗依从性情况及生活质量情况。结果:观察组耐药性结核病患者的认知度评分为(90.87±6.25)分,SAS评分为(31.84±5.21)分,SDS评分为(30.22±5.83)分,均优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗依从性情况优于对照组(P<0.05),且生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:制定防控策略,对多耐药性结核病患者实施健康教育可提高其认知度评分,改善抑郁、教育的负面心理,提高治疗依从性,以此促进身体康复,提高生活质量,值得在临床及疾病防控中推广实施。Objective：To explore the health education and prevention and control strategies of multi-drug resistant tuberculosis patients in Heping County.Methods：From February 2015 to January 2016,240 patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis in Heping County were selected as the subjects of this study.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 120 patients in each group.Based on prevention and control strategy,the prevention and control measures were implemented in the control group.Based on this,the observation group received health education.Then observe the awareness,anxiety Self-rating scale（SAS）score,depression self-rating scale（SDS）score,treatment compliance status and quality of life of the two groups of patients with tuberculosis.Results：The scores of the patients with drugresistant tuberculosis were（90.87±6.25）,the SAS score was（31.84±5.21）and the SDS score was（30.22±5.83）,which was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The treatment compliance was better than the control group（P〈0.05）,and the quality of life of the scores were higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The development of prevention and control strategies,the implementation of health education for multidrug-resistant tuberculosis patients can improve their cognitive score,improve depression,the negative psychological education,improve treatment compliance,in order to promote physical rehabilitation,improve quality of life,which has significantsiits effect amd worthpromoting in the clinical and disease prevention and control.
