摘　　要：【目的/意义】研究突发性公共危机事件网络舆情的耦合机制,为检测预警提供管理建议。【方法/过程】基于复杂系统理论,探析突发性公共危机事件网络舆情的耦合机制,建立内源动力与外源动力耦合度测量指标体系,并选取实证案例验证耦合协调度与突发性公共危机事件网络舆情社会影响力之间的关系。【结果/结论】结果表明耦合协调度与社会影响力呈正相关,可将事件类型分为三种,并提出相应的管理建议。【Purpose/significance】This paper studies the coupling mechanism of unexpected public crisis and its online public opinion,in order to offer management advice for its detection and early warning.【Method/process】Based on complex systems theory,this paper gives a qualitative analysis of coupling mechanism of unexpected public crisis and its online public opinion firstly.Then the measuring index system of coupling degree between intrinsic and extrinsic incur factor is established.In the end,the relationship between the coupling degree and the social influence of unexpected public crisis and its online public opinion is verified by empirical cases.【Result/conclusion】The results show that the coupling degree is positively correlated with social influence,and the event types can be divided into three classes.Corresponding management advices are offered for every event types.
