中医综合疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中医综合疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法:80例按随机数字表法分成特殊组与对照组各40例。对照组用西医方案治疗,观察组用中医综合疗法治疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效较好。Objective ： For comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine heritage neuralgia after herpes zoster clinical curative effect observation.Methods： To choose his own from August 2015 to August 2016, 80 cases treated by heritage neuralgia after herpes zoster patients as the research object, this paper according to random number table method into special groups and control group, two groups of 40 cases in each. Among them, the schemes for the control group were treated by western medicine treatment, the special group of patients, using TCM comprehensive therapy treatment, the clinical treatment effect of two groups of patients to explore and analysis.Results ： The clinical treatment result, the special group of patients with clinical treatment effect is significantly superior to the control group patients, the results there are significant differences between groups, was statistically significant （ P〈 0.05 ） .Conclusion： For legacy neuralgia after herpes zoster patients with application of TCM comprehensive therapy can further promote the recovery of the disease, improving clinical treatment efficiency and various adverse symptoms of the patients with a significant improvement.
