摘　　要：2015年江苏省率先在全国取消公立医院药品加成,推动相关医疗服务价格改革,医院运营面临严峻挑战。如何调动医务人员工作积极性、减轻患者疾病负担、促进医院稳定发展成为重要课题。选取苏州大学附属第二医院为个案,通过比较该院改革前后的医疗运行数据,评价改革对医院工作量、医疗质量、员工待遇及满意度的影响,探讨价格改革深层次的机制障碍,为推动公立医院改革提供参考资料。In 2015, Jiangsu Province took the lead in phase out the drug policy and started related medical service price reform. Within the severe challenges, the hospital has to stimulate the staff＇s initiative, decrease the patients＇ disease burden, and promote the steady development of hospital. The article takes The Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University as an example, by comparing the hospital operating data before and after the reform, evaluates hospital work, treatment quality, employee and satisfaction, provides reference for promoting the public hospital re- form.
