摘 要:目的探讨输尿管软镜碎石术后全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)发生与结石成分的相关性。方法收集该院泌尿外科2013年11月至2016年8月因肾结石接受输尿管软镜治疗的1 130例患者的临床资料,分析软镜碎石术后SIRS发生与结石成分的相关性。结果结石成分主要有一水草酸钙(67.7%)、碳酸磷灰石(14.7%)、无水尿酸(6.4%)、六水磷酸胺镁(6.2%)、二水草酸钙(3.2%)5类。其中只有六水磷酸镁胺与术后SIRS发生有相关性(P<0.01)。结论六水磷酸胺镁与输尿管软镜碎石术后SIRS发生有相关性,结石成分分析结果有助于预防输尿管软镜碎石术后SIRS发生。Objective To analyze the correlation between postoperative systemic inflammatory response syndrome ( SIRS ) and calculi composition following flexible ureteroscopy (f-URS) lithotripsy. Methods The clinical data of 1 130 patients with kid- ney stones treated with f-URS lithotripsy in the department of urology surgery of our hospital from November 2013 to August 2016 were collected to analyze the correlation between postoperative SIRS occurrence and calculi composition. Results The compositions of urinary stones were mainly calcium oxalate monohydrate(67.7 % ), carbonate apatite (14.7 % ), anhydrous uric acid (6.4 % ), six magnesium ammonium phosphate (6.2 0%) and calcium oxalate dihydrate (3.2 %). Only six magnesium ammonium phosphate was related to the development of SIRS(P〈0.01). Conclusion Six magnesium ammonium phosphate has a correlation with the development of SIRS following f-URS lithotripsy, and the results of stone compositions analysis can help to prevent the occurrence of SIRS after f-URS lithotripsy.
