2010-2015年玉溪市入托儿童及入学学生预防接种状况分析

摘　　要：[目的]评价玉溪市2010-2015年入托儿童及入学学生预防接种状况,为进一步有效预防传染病的流行,保护学生健康提供依据。[方法]收集2010-2015年玉溪市各县(区)入托儿童及入学学生预防接种证和补证、补种疫苗的资料,并进行分类比较和统计分析。[结果]2010-2015年入托儿童及入学学生接种证查验率在99.60%以上,持证率在96.93%以上,补证率在96.99%以上,补种率在87.23%以上;入学中学生接种证查验率在99.82%以上,持证率在94.34%以上,补证率在96.30%以上,补种率在76.31%以上;各年间入托儿童及入学学生持证率、补证率、补种率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001),国家免疫规划疫苗合格接种率均>90%,呈上升趋势;各疫苗补种率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]玉溪市入托入学儿童预防接种情况维持在较高水平,但需进一步对儿童家长进行免疫规划知识健康教育,不断提高儿童(尤其是流动儿童)接种率及补种率。Objective It evaluates the situation of prophylactic vaccination of starting nursery children and school students in Yuxi city from 2010 to 2015 so as to provide basis for further effectively preventing epidemic and protecting students＇ health. Methods Collected the data of immuni- zation certificate and vaccinated of starting nursery children and school students in counties （districts） in Yuxi from 2010 to 2015, it conducted classified comparison and statistic analysis. Results From 2010 to 2015, immunization certificate＇ inspection rate of starting nursery children and school students was above 99.60% , rate of certificate keepers was above 96. 93% , rate of making up proves was above 96.99% , vaccinated rate was above 87.23%. Immunization certificate＇ inspection rate of starting middle school students was above 99. 82%, rate of certificate keepers was above 94. 34% , rate of making up proves was above 96. 30% , vaccinated rate was above 76. 31%. There was statistical significance in rate of certificate keepers, rate of making up proves and vaccinated rate of starting nursery children and school students in each year （ P 〈 0. 001 ） . Qualified inoculation rate of national immunization program 〉 90%. There was statistical significance in each vaccinated rate difference （P 〈 O. 01 ） . Conclusions The situation of prophylactic vaccination of starting nursery children and school students in Yuxi city keeps in higher level. But it needs that further Immunization program health education knowledge to the parents of children, and improve vaccination and vaccinated rate in children （especially the floating children） .
