摘　　要：阐述了水生态保护红线有关概念,结合已开展的省区生态保护红线划定工作,分析了当前存在的主要问题;提出水生态保护红线类型包括水域岸线保护、洪水蓄滞、饮用水水源保护、水土保持、水源涵养保护等5类,明确了水生态保护红线划定原则和技术流程,可为指导和规范水生态保护红线划定和成果审核提供技术支撑。An introduction is made on the concepts of redlines for aquatic ecological protection. Main challenges are evaluated taking present work carried out by provinces or autonomous region on defining redlines for ecological protection into full consideration. Five types of redlines are proposed for water ecological protection,including water and shoreline protection, flood storage and retention areas, drinking water sources protection, soil and water conservation and water resource conservation. Principles and technical process for defining redlines are put forward. It can be used as technical guidance for regulation of redline determination and performance evaluation.
