摘　　要：基于对我国水库淤积现状的调查分析,剖析了水库淤积成因和危害,认为水库淤积普遍存在,危害巨大,开展水库清淤工作十分必要;对水库清淤实践与研究进展情况进行了总结,提出目前制约清淤工作的主要因素包括清淤决策理论和方法不完善、清淤一次性投资规模大、淤积物处置和资源化利用低、清淤长效机制尚未建立四个方面;建议加强水库淤积基础信息管理,深化清淤技术研究,尽快开展清淤试点,加快建立淤积管理长效机制,有序推进水库清淤工作。Based on investigation and analysis of the current condition of reservoir sedimentation, technical studies are made for exploiting the reason of sediment and its hazard. Reservoir dredging is necessary, because sedimentation is commonly existed and causes great harm. On the basis of summary of practice of reservoir dredging and study progress, it is found that four restrictive factors are associated with reservoir dredging：incompletion of decision making theory and methods, huge investment, improper treatment and low utilization rate of depositing sediment as well as lacking of long-term mechanism. It is suggested to strengthen basic information management of reservoir dredging, and technical studies, pilot project initiation and long-term mechanism, so as to effectively improve reservoir situation.
