摘　　要：介绍了一个内结构为全螺纹倒扣塑件的热流道成型模具结构设计,该塑件外表面结构较简单,内结构为全螺纹倒扣,此模具的主要特点是内螺纹结构成型采用内缩滑块结构成型。并介绍了塑件的分型选择、内缩结构设计以及模具的整体结构。This paper mainly introduces the structure design of a hot runner forming mold with internal structure of full thread. The outer surface of the part structure is relatively simple, the internal structure of the whole thread buckle. The main feature of this mold is the internal thread forming the use of internal slide structure to shape. This paper introduces the product selection, the design of the internal structure and the overall structure of the mold.
