摘　　要：分析了在线切割加工过程中,针对特殊工件的装夹特点,以及在模具零件的加工过程中,出现常见的难点,设计出了一种实用性较强、使用价值高、使用方便、精度高的数控线切割机床专用夹具,可提高零件的加工精度。This paper analyzes the wire cutting processing equipment in the processing process, according to the special characteristics of the clamping of the workpiece, and the die ＆ mold manufacturing process, appear difficulties, through exploration, from the design of NC line a practical use, high value, convenient use, high precision cutting machine special fixture, improve the machining accuracy.
