摘  要:新一轮电力改革所提出的售电侧放开给电网企业带来了前所未有的挑战,随着越来越多售电公司的成立,对于电网企业而言如何转变传统的经营理念、适应售电市场日益激烈的竞争是当前急需解决的问题。此文根据平台战略的相关理论,提出了电网企业利用平台战略来开展售电业务的可能性,并从定位多边市场、激发网络效应、用户过滤机制、设定"付费方"与"被补贴方"、目标市场细分等5个方面设计了电网企业售电平台战略模式,以期对新电改中的电网企业有所帮助。A new round of electric power reform has proposed that marketing electricity side will be open to power grid enterprises,which brings unprecedented challenge to power grid enterprises.With the establishment of more and more electric companies,it is urgent for power grid enterprises to change the traditional management idea and adapt to the increasingly fierce competition of electric selling market.According to the theory of platform strategy ,this paper puts forward the possibility of using the platform strategy of power grid enterprises to carry out business of selling electricity, and designs the strategy mode of electric selling market platform of power grid enterprises from five aspects including positioning multilateral market,stimulating network effect,using filtering mechanism,setting "paying party"and "subsidized party"and objetive market devision,in order to help the power grid enterprises.
